Minute 1-8 warm up walk No Incline @ 3.5
Minute 8-10, walk Full Incline (15) @ 3.5
Minute 10-31, Full Incline (15) interval sprints, hard
* 30 seconds @ 4.5 / 60 seconds recovery @ 3.5 X 2
* 30 seconds @ 5.5 / 60 seconds recovery @ 3.5 X 2
* 30 seconds @ 6.0 / 60 seconds recovery @ 3.5 X 2

^^ did this for a little over 20 minutes, the 4.5 was just warm up & as you will see, my cool down sprints..., alternated 5.5 mph, then bumped it to 6.0 mph.. so it was 5.5, 5.5, 6.0, 6.0, 5.5, 5.5, 6.0 and so on, I ended on 6.0… goal achieved…

Minute 31-40, Full Incline (15) interval sprints, easy
* 30 seconds @ 4.5 / 60 seconds recovery @ 3.5

Minute 40-45, Cool Down
* Full Incline (15) @ 3.5 / 60 seconds
* Med Incline (10) @ 3.7 / 60 seconds
* Low Incline (5) @ 3.8 / 60 seconds
* No Incline (0) @ 4.0 / 60 seconds
* No Incline (0) @ 3.5 / 60 seconds

To the best of my knowledge, my last record of BF% and LBM before I stopped heavy & basically all weight training (except very random stuff here & there in dec) was taken 11/15/06… At that time I was 25.44% bodyfat. With NO weight training, heavy if any aside from playing with the pink & purple DBs, since that date or shortly thereafter, I am UP 3.83 lbs … Muscle memory from not really HITTING the muscles? Who knows… I’m documenting it… I find it interesting these methods for tracking.. and yes sometimes I take it with a grain of salt.. :)

Current Progression for show using Feb 22, 07 as ‘start’ date
02.22.07 = 26.73 % bf
03.08.07 = 23.73 % bf
03.15.07 = 24.04 % bf
04.05.07 = 20.96 % bf ; since feb. start LMB +4.89 lbs, no weight training (no comment at this time but :spin: )

GRAIN OF SALT MY ASS... YOU'RE GETTING SHREDDED AND U'RE GONNA SHRED THE COMPETITION!!! (Except for Tre and SBT I predict the first over 3-way first place tie!!!!!!!!!!!)
 
Buns - what's your goal weight or BF% goal?

...or are you just going by how your bod looks and forgetting the numbers? (my favorite approach. ;) )

You know, lol do I look just shy of 170 lbs & 21% bf? lol

Does ANYONE think I do? I seriously want to know I wouldn't be pissed about it, just curious as to what You all see when I throw those #'s up, since so many people are hung up on them...

Based on what I know about my body... it will be VERY difficult to break 160's with all this muscle...it's obviously there somewhere.

I am guessing I will hit 11-12 % BF in low 160's, very least 158 with loss of LBM
