^^ did this for a little over 20 minutes, the 4.5 was just warm up & as you will see, my cool down sprints..., alternated 5.5 mph, then bumped it to 6.0 mph.. so it was 5.5, 5.5, 6.0, 6.0, 5.5, 5.5, 6.0 and so on, I ended on 6.0… goal achieved… Minute 31-40, Full Incline (15) interval sprints, easy

To the best of my knowledge, my last record of BF% and LBM before I stopped heavy & basically all weight training (except very random stuff here & there in dec) was taken 11/15/06… At that time I was 25.44% bodyfat. With NO weight training, heavy if any aside from playing with the pink & purple DBs, since that date or shortly thereafter, I am UP 3.83 lbs … Muscle memory from not really HITTING the muscles? Who knows… I’m documenting it… I find it interesting these methods for tracking.. and yes sometimes I take it with a grain of salt..

Does ANYONE think I do? I seriously want to know I wouldn't be pissed about it, just curious as to what You all see when I throw those #'s up, since so many people are hung up on them...
Based on what I know about my body... it will be VERY difficult to break 160's with all this muscle...it's obviously there somewhere.
I am guessing I will hit 11-12 % BF in low 160's, very least 158 with loss of LBM
