AM Cardio
Treadmill – total time 60 minutes
warm up 8-10 minutes
Full Incline Walking @ 3.0-3.5, had to read Anat for about 22 minutes
Progressive Full Incline sprints for 28 Minutes
30 seconds @ 5.0 - 5.5 / Recovery full incline walk 30 seconds @ 3.2-3.5 X 1
30 seconds @ 5.0 - 5.5 / Recovery full incline walk 60 seconds @ 3.2-3.5 X 13
3-5 min walk to buffer it out (like my neutral zone)
3-4 min run @ 5.5
cool down walk 4.0 decreasing to 3.0

I could have hurled after this session… not stim fueled either, no stims for me today…
Voodoo & Serano is just BAD @$$ for me to do crazy cardio to…same with Zombie Nation, I was all about kicking my butt again after that my stair workout yest. … calves are SORE …. In my best surfer voice, I am so stoked Im getting a 90 Minute deep tissue today… Halleluiah. Babysitting my puppy all week since he stays at my P’s house most of the time, they’re going to Vega$ today SO.. errands errands errands … My house reeks of YES… lol :D ***massage was awesome***

Hey badge thanks for dropping in girl! Legs went down 2 inches I think, Ill have to remeasure for my suit anyway, thanks for reminding me.. they are way swollen right now from my deep tissue and the last two days of mission: murder leg cardio lol :)

Hows school & training??? Ill come check out your log
