it is very hard to train for a comp without a certain level pf support, I am noticing... working on changing this to suit me and my goals.. how, not sure yet... but trying to pick myself back up is hard.

Yup :( I guess T didn't think I looked so well yesterday, and I was told again this morning by a girl at work that I just don't look myself again today so guess the cold is sneaking up on me also... still a VERY nice workout though girl! :heart:

Progressive Full Incline sprints
30 seconds @ 4.5 - 5.5 / Recovery full incline walk 60 seconds @ 3.2-3.5 X 10
5 min walk to buffer it out (like my neutral zone)
5 min Full Incline walk @ 3.5-4.0
5 min run @ 5.5-6.5
5 min cool down walk 4.0-3.0

Weight back down to ~169 after taking a week off from my comp 'diet'... BAD BUNNY.. stress and emotionally fueled no doubt... back on track & pics are better than I expected. Not sure on my BodyFat, that will be updated next week.
I have my heels on in most, flat foot in a few, very soft.
Feedback welcome. Goal is to shrink the bottom to match the upper... Im confident this will be done.

HiDn that is what Im going to need to HOLD ON TO while I shred the lower. thank you, Im glad you see it like that :D
