good stuff.

you need ona dem rubbah top openers. They work great for slippery pickle jar tops and such.

the rubber lining came OUT of the blender bottom... so it my my fault I didnt jam it back in there :evil:
 
Im so tired and think Im fighting off a cold like the rest of these sicklings up in here...

Today

cardio 45 minutes
warm up 8-10 minutes
Progressive Full Incline sprints
30 seconds @ 4.5 - 5.5 / Recovery full incline walk 60 seconds @ 3.2-3.5 X 10
5 min walk to buffer it out (like my neutral zone)
5 min Full Incline walk @ 3.5-4.0
5 min run @ 5.5-6.5
5 min cool down walk 4.0-3.0

Felt so sick to my tummy, made it to gym late but made it

Mission to get this fat off me
