some good WOK recipies, preferably with chicken, and something that can be made spicy and non-spicy...i'm the only one here that eats spicy food.

the pistachio garlic butter recipie.

know how to make horseradish mashed potatoes? i know how to make garlic mashed potatoes, don't know how to do horseradish though.

ways to marinate fish for grilling. any type. can't eat fish w/out it being marinated good unless it's tuna from the can.

i've forgotten how to make a lot of things. i worked for 2 years as a cook, but that ended 7 years ago, so i've forgotten a lot of good stuff.

can't think of anything else off the top of my head that i want to make. i'll come up with some more eventually
