Ive posted on this site before about failure to gain weight no matter how hard I lift or what I take. But recently over this winter break I have only really made two changes, I eat 3 eggs right away when I wake up, and 3 eggs right after I lift. The second thing, I changed the creatine Im taking, some stuff called CX5 from Complete Nutrition that my little brother got me for Christmas. Now I have always been taking creatine but I changed over to this CX5 stuff just because I got it for free and tried it out. Before these 3 weeks, I was lucky to gain a pound or 2 a month. But in these past 3 weeks with those two and only two changes, I have shot up from 171 to 178. Thats truely amazing for me. Figured I would post up the good news!
