Hey now, I am rather new to the whole taking care of myself and going to the gym. I am about 5 months in. The first 4 months, I was seeing some great results, but I seem to be going in circles with my routine.
I think it is time I hire someone to help me along. What is the best way to go about finding a trainer of sorts? I go to my small town's gym and asked the folks at the front desk for suggestions and they were clueless.
