A while back someone posted 1 lifting poem. This is finals week, and I need a few more. Could someone post a few or tell me where I could go. The reason I do not post that much is that if one would use search, all questions are answered. I just do not want to sound repetitive. I am on everyday... Any help would be appreaciated.
