Qustion On My diet? To Strict?

What going of fellas I’m 6'1'' 256 I want to be a lean 230 i'm at around 25%BF worked out on and off since I was 15 currently 19 almost 20 have been back into it for about 2 months as of now.
I am not sure on if I’m bringing in enough cal’s or carbs, trying to lose fat and keep as much muscle as I can...
Also I’m looking for some good healthy ways to add some dimension to my diet and routine. Any help and wisdom would be greatly appreciated thanks.
:Chef:
Breakfast - half cup whole grain oatmeal 2 egg whites
Mid morning – half cup wild rice and half a chicken breast
Lunch- (post workout) muscle milk or cyto gainer
Mid afternoon- half cup wild rice and 6-8oz venison
Snack. Lunch meat, tuna something like that

Work out
Mon/ chest and back
Tue / cardio wrestle
Wed / bi’s tri’s
Thu/ cardio wrestle
Fri / legs and shoulders

Vitamins: 100% hole food multi vitamin by mega food
And ultra omega 3-6-9 Borage-fish-flax
 
I'd say up the cardio and add more protein. Even try some "empty stomach" cardio shortly after waking up. Get a cup of coffee in you for a little boost or better yet an ECA stack about an hour before hitting the treadmill/elliptical/whatever you are using.

I just don’t see enough of a protein intake to maintain muscle.
 
thanx bro, More protein in any form? double my dose of MMilk?
I have some Ephedrine so that would be a desent pick me up for morning runs... also another Q, i have almost a weeks worth of clen left over would it be worth it to take the rest or should i wait till i get more?
