sup guys, let me start off by saying im extreamly livid as i am typing this bc this is my 2nd week of "bulking" and i am on the push, pull, legs, then 2 days off routine nd during my pull my new gym facility closed 30 mins into my workout . the gym stated they closed at 1030 on the poster and they tell me mid workout that it closing in 5 mins (which was 9:30).
i am so heated bc i take two days off and i kno each workiut is extreamly important... what do i do bc i rlee did not get a full pull day whatsoever.. i got to do rows 3x pullup 3x and deadlift 1x
