Quick clen question

Hi ladies,

I just have a question about clen fo my wife.

What is your opinions on how to run clen as far as how long and what kind of split?

Such as 2 weeks om 2 weeks off or mon-fri on sat-sun off. What do you think?

start low and ramp high...get taurine and potassiumf for cramps



...this is alos assuming a perfect diet...other wise all the fat burners in the world wont help

For the record.....the Sat/Sun off deal is a really bad idea...clen's halflife os 36-39 hours...so you dont have any down time
 
I.e. just do the 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

You can cycle a regular OTC thermo on the off weeks because they use different receptors than clen does.

If her diet is good and providing she's been training regularly

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

She will need to supplement taurine to avoid taurine depletion. She will also need Potassium as well as magnesium for any cramping that might occur. Plenty of water too. Start off low say about 20mcg day then as she's more tolerant of the effects she can increase. I wouldn't go higher than 80mcg max though.

This works really well.

I am a BIG fan of cycling ALL thermos.
