i have done these before with limited success, just a few questions. should i keep the upper body parallel to the floor and raise it to seventy degrees as i pull the bar to my waist? or should i keep the torso at approximately seventy degrees and pull with the arms? interested in seeing how you guys do them. i know how to contract my back muscles, my left arm is feeling good and i have taken a few days off from training.
off from work tommorrow and i just took my muscle milk and ma huang, so i will be fired up for a late nite traing session. will finish up with some chins and behind the back upright rows.
