11 wks out today. coming along nicely but still a little slow. right around 10.5% bf right now. havent started t3 yet but thats in the works and will be added shortly. thermos are speeding up process.
anywayj am cycling carbs 3 days low {150g carb) and 1 day high {400g) a day up to this point. my agenda says for the next 2 wks to drop my low carb days from 150g down to 100g/day....question is, should i replace the lost calories with fat grams or added protein? protein is around 1.25-1.5g per lb of bodyweight right now. fat is pretty low. do you think adding in fats, increasing fat grams could have a positive effect in fat loss or negative effect? let me know what you think
