Question about having "Short Biceps"

Ranger is correct - hammers directly target the brachialis underneath the bicep.....hitting that muscle group can lead to greater peak w/o actually changing the size of the bicep itself

AMEN to that! Absolutely outstanding! While I've been on the board, I've heard rumors of MS's awesome physique. Seeing the pics, it's even more impressive than those rumors led me to believe.

:bawling: I can't see them! I'm not a paying member.

Alrighty, let's see if this works. And BTW, I don't consider I have short biceps, I just have long arms LOL. In fact I technically have terrible genetics for bodybuilding which is why I wanted to respond to Abonneau's question. I wouldn't want something as trivial as 'short biceps' to put someone off achieving their max potential.

Holy Cow MS. You rock! :)

Maybe try training them once in seven days. Depending on what other exercises you do, you may be training them too much. IMO I don't think they need more than once a week.

I just do straight barbell curls with a wide grip and dumbell preacher curls. With preacher curls i only work in a 70% range of motion......works well.
