Newbie here. I DID perfor a search before posting my question. I just couldn't find what I was looking for.
I have a short bicep (it stop one inch before my elbow). Some says it's because I don't train properly, some says it's genetics. I prefer to think it's genetics!
Is any of you have "short biceps"?
Now... the most important thing I wanted to ask: How can I train my "short" bicep properly? Same as anyone else?
I'm having a very hard time getting mass. I use heavy weights and do 8-10 reps. I've also tries higher reps (12 and even 15) with no avail. Should I try very low reps (6)? I train my biceps every 5 days (approx).
Hope I gave enough info...
Any tips would be welcomed.
