Protien Question

Should I be including my vegetable protein sources in my daily intake. I am refeeding today and I noticing that at least 30 grams is coming from my veggies. Those 30 are coming from the greens, carrots, yams, and brown rice.

Personally I dont count those sources of protein, i feel their amino acid profile is far too shity, probably not correct but thats me.

Dones - why dont you go over on protein and cut back on another macro? Is a few grams either way going to make that much difference or are you cutting for Mr O or something?
 
Jen I am feeling great. Currently I am in a cutting cycle again. I am not working abs yet. That won't be for another month or so. I am trying to shed the couple of pounds i put on while recovering. Which is probably no more than 3. Hopefully I will start seeing definition in my abs.

Well my carbs are pretty low so I am just makeing sure i do not go over my calorie deficit Per day. But I was carbing up when I was over 6 grams so i could not really cut back.
 
Count the calories from the vegetables, but don't count the protein towards your daily total. That's what I'd do anyway.
