although this isnt steroid related , i would like your opinions...
on the protein supplements ive used, most say consume within 20mins of mixing. why is this? do they deteriorate after that? typically i mix mine in the morning and take them to work/gym etc. also i make them before bed and drink in the night if i get up for a p*ss...
is this bad practice?
