Protein shake before you sleep...is it good??

Yes protein is good before bedtime, but don't use whey.
There are plenty of other far better protein sources available to take before you sleep.
 
Dont over do the protien before bed, I found that it makes me gain fat alot easier. Bedtime is when your body releases GH and burns off some of the fat you have stored over the day. I would reccomend 30gs of casienate, or just 10 grams of glutamine, nothing more. Unless you are HARDCORE bulking, then you could have a tub of cottege cheese and a bowl of oatmeal.
