Dont over do the protien before bed, I found that it makes me gain fat alot easier. Bedtime is when your body releases GH and burns off some of the fat you have stored over the day. I would reccomend 30gs of casienate, or just 10 grams of glutamine, nothing more. Unless you are HARDCORE bulking, then you could have a tub of cottege cheese and a bowl of oatmeal.
