Can you cook regular whey protein powder though?I always put mine in my oatmeal with hotwater and was wondering if that would denourish it.The water is pretty close to boiling hot.

I don't think you can cook with regular whey PP -- cuz it would denature. The AnyWhey is specially formulated to withstand the heat of cooking.....

I think tho if you make your oatmeal soupy then stir in the PP after cooking (keep it watery) then you'd be fine..... I also stir in Glutamine into my oats & mashed sweet taters too...

I make this all the time, great for killing cravings, especially with ANPB, ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. The only thing i do differently is i use 12oz COLD water, no milk in my diet.
Hey, I tried making it with water, but it wouldn't form after I put it in the fridge. You ever get that problem?

I love protien pudding. It is my favorite snack.

Like john wb said, how do you get it to gelatinate w/ water??
