All the good lifts, bench, squat, and of course dead lift. My stats 3 years lifting 159 lbs 5ft8. Bench just yesterday 225x8 reps. Deadlift 315max squat 330max. Is this alright so far?

Good stuff, keep working at it. though your bench is close to your squat/DL but as long as you're working on them NOW, its all good. (I assume you didn't do them much when you started lifting)

Your very correct. I snapped my thigh in 08 and messed my lumbar up a bit also so I was always scared to work my legs and lower back. Previously all leg sports before then.

One thing to note about squatting and dl is the reason most people get hurt is because of bad technique. Also dont forget to strengthen the muscles involved in the squat. The posterior chain and core strength are vital to hitting big squats and dead lifts. People always train the lift but neglect their weaknesses.
