Hey... I have an increased lordosis (big curve in the spine) and am trying to help reduce the curve.
I know what exercises i have to do... lets just say i did about 30 minutes of these exercises throughout the day... any ideas how long it would then take for the curve to become less noticeable??

I'm not a doctor, but I didn't know you could correct curvature of the spine....

I have spina bifida, and years ago my ribcage was really uneven.... now since I've developed my chest and lats (and things like serratus) a bit, it's not noticable unless I expand my chest and you look from underneath.... which no one ever does, luckily.

Good luck, anyway. But I didn't know it could be corrected with weight training.
