Hi Dee Ho! Yes, me again, with another question. I usually do my cardio in the A.M. AND YES, now on am empty stomach thanks to Shadow and Skittles! But yesterday I had to do it at 4:30 in the afternoon. What is a good preworkout meal? I usually do my weights about that time. Would the preworkout meal be different, if I'm doing weights? Any suggestions would really be appreciated or even a thread you could refer me too. THANKS bunches!
