Preworkout Meals

Hi Dee Ho! Yes, me again, with another question. I usually do my cardio in the A.M. AND YES, now on am empty stomach thanks to Shadow and Skittles! :rose: But yesterday I had to do it at 4:30 in the afternoon. What is a good preworkout meal? I usually do my weights about that time. Would the preworkout meal be different, if I'm doing weights? Any suggestions would really be appreciated or even a thread you could refer me too. THANKS bunches! ;)

If you are only doing cardio at whatever time during the day, you can approach "empty stomach" state by leaving 2-3 hours since your last meal before you do the cardio. THen do the cardio & its essentially like your AM empty stomach cardio in the morning.

If you plan to lift & do cardio in the same session, eat as you would normally put your pre-training meal -- I dont' like to train on an empty stomach so I eat about an hour before I train -- and just make sure you do your cardio AFTER you train.

Mucho appreciato, Sassy. As you know, I'm working on putting it all together and hope to have the whole enchilada soon. In hope to get a review on what you all think.
Thanks.

Whatever you need toots! Trust me, everyone new to "the lifestyle" goes thru trying to put together a program that fits their daily schedule figuring out what's "the next best thing" if you can't hit the "optimal" combination of times and activities. I guarantee you'll get it all under your belt in no time. And the board is ALWAYS here if you come up w/ a new question!
