haha. looking forward to seeing you at b fold's

me too bud. he after the contest when we were in b fold's room just before the hooters trip. we were talking and i said im going to paint my log black with flames down the side.

so b said , "Great now we get to hear Exodus talking about him and his flaming log!!!!!!"

maxed w/like 190(gotta get my shoulders better., anyways its a pr.)

and i set a pr on squat(never squated heavy at all) 345
