Pre-Made Shakes

I would like to be able to blend a shake together with Whey Protein, Oatmeal, EFA's, etc. and put it in a big gallon in my fridge. It is a pain in the ass to whip the blender out everytime, but I've heard you cannot do this because it will diminish the protein. I don't know, it doesn't make much sense to me why or how it would do this. It would be so much easier/time efficient if I could do it this way, then when I'm ready to run out the door I can just put it in my big mug and off I go

nutrition aside, wouldn't that just be gross? i can imagine it being chunky to an extent after a day or so.

as far as I know, all whey protein powder mixes harden to leave a sort of crust after an hour from drinking it. (and then smells pretty bad too.)

on a side note, out of curiosity, why do you blend shakes? I find that a "shaker" works just fine and is a lot faster. not sure how it would work with oatmeal though...

I wouldnt do that bro, I know if I let my shakes sit for an hour they turn chunky and way too thick. Why dont you do what I do, just buy a case of a RTD MR that you like and take that with you when you cant be around a blender. I like the MexRx RTD 40 in vanialla icecream, 40g protein, 20g carbs and like 270 cals....Tastes good too. remember bodybuilding diets are a full time job, training is the easy part bro...

This is why we buy what's called RTD (ready to drink) shakes

i bought some of those a few weeks ago i thought they would taste a lot better than making them myself. They tasted awful though and i could only drink half of it
