You can take the Tupperware and food items on board in your carry-on, but no liquids of any kind can go through security. The only liquids you can take on the plane have to be purchased after going through security at one of the little shops
 
Fasted morning cardio, 30min

Workout: Chest & Arms
- Incline DB chest press- 30lbs, 4x12
- Incline dumbbell flys- 25lbs, 4x15
- Rope pressdowns- 55lbs, 3x20
- Straight bar pressdowns- 90lbs, 4x10
- Barbell curls- 60lbs, 3x10
- Incline curls- 20lbs, 3x20

Weighed in at 197 today, making that a 12lb loss in 9 days.

Craving chocolate like a MOTHER fucker lol but other than that I'm good. I love my meals, not craving anything else, just miss chocolate.
 
Fasted morning cardio, 30min

Workout: Legs A
Lying Hamstring curls
Set 1- 20 reps, 60lbs
Set 2- 15 reps, 60lbs
Set 3- 15 reps, 60lbs
Set 4- 12 reps, 70lbs

- Wide stance smith machine squats- 95lbs, 4x12
- Reverse Lunges in smith machine- 75lbs, 3x12x12x15
- Cable kickbacks- 10lbs, 4x15
- Leg extensions- 20lbs, 4x25

Followed by the sauna for 20min, did some posing while I was in there

Good day...got spray tanned tonight, going to a concert tomorrow so I'm gonna cook tomorrow's meals here in a bit since I'll be gone all day...no excuses! Eating my Tupperware meals in the car on the drive, before the concert, and on the way home. THEN wednesday I fly out to Vegas for the rest of the week. Gonna be busy but I won't miss my meals or workouts. Dedication!
 
In vegas for the week peeps. Did normal back day on Tuesday followed by 30min cardio. I traveled yesterday, was my off day anyway...I'm still following my diet to a T...as far as my workouts, I'm going off the plan.

Today for instance I did shoulders, so I did my old faithful GVT shoulder workout, some of you are familiar as I've sent it to you upon request. Felt nice to shock my body a little...followed up with 30min cardio.

I'm going freestyle the rest of the time here, so I probably won't post it unless it's requested.
