You can take the Tupperware and food items on board in your carry-on, but no liquids of any kind can go through security. The only liquids you can take on the plane have to be purchased after going through security at one of the little shops
 
Fasted morning cardio, 30min

Workout: Chest & Arms
- Incline DB chest press- 30lbs, 4x12
- Incline dumbbell flys- 25lbs, 4x15
- Rope pressdowns- 55lbs, 3x20
- Straight bar pressdowns- 90lbs, 4x10
- Barbell curls- 60lbs, 3x10
- Incline curls- 20lbs, 3x20

Weighed in at 197 today, making that a 12lb loss in 9 days.

Craving chocolate like a MOTHER fucker lol but other than that I'm good. I love my meals, not craving anything else, just miss chocolate.

Lying Hamstring curls
Set 1- 20 reps, 60lbs
Set 2- 15 reps, 60lbs
Set 3- 15 reps, 60lbs
Set 4- 12 reps, 70lbs

- Wide stance smith machine squats- 95lbs, 4x12
- Reverse Lunges in smith machine- 75lbs, 3x12x12x15
- Cable kickbacks- 10lbs, 4x15
- Leg extensions- 20lbs, 4x25

Followed by the sauna for 20min, did some posing while I was in there

Good day...got spray tanned tonight, going to a concert tomorrow so I'm gonna cook tomorrow's meals here in a bit since I'll be gone all day...no excuses! Eating my Tupperware meals in the car on the drive, before the concert, and on the way home. THEN wednesday I fly out to Vegas for the rest of the week. Gonna be busy but I won't miss my meals or workouts. Dedication!
 
In vegas for the week peeps. Did normal back day on Tuesday followed by 30min cardio. I traveled yesterday, was my off day anyway...I'm still following my diet to a T...as far as my workouts, I'm going off the plan.

Today for instance I did shoulders, so I did my old faithful GVT shoulder workout, some of you are familiar as I've sent it to you upon request. Felt nice to shock my body a little...followed up with 30min cardio.

I'm going freestyle the rest of the time here, so I probably won't post it unless it's requested.
 
Had a KILLER upper body workout yesterday...did chest, back, bi, and tri. Started the day with fasted morning cardio as well

Had my cheat meal last night! Hooters...fried pickles, cheeseburger, and a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. Was nice to not eat out of a Tupperware container for once lol...back on the meal plan today for another week, Friday is now my cheat meal day.

Last day in Vegas. Having an amazing time hanging out with millionaires lol
 
QUESTION!!!! Anyone flown recently? Can I bring my meals in Tupperware as my carry on?

Not too long ago I carried on a Tupperware of fruit mixed with yogurt. I was afraid they would say that the yogurt was a liquid that couldn't go through, but I had it out as I went through security and they were totally cool about it (this was Colorado Springs).

Today was one of those days where I had to force myself to go to the gym, I'm still recovering from barely sleeping in Vegas...SO unbelievably tired today. So I chose today as my off day from cardio.
 
It comes and goes in BOTH big toes now. Maybe bunyon issues? Not sure. Gonna schedule an appointment with my doc this week and see what's up. The only thing really affected is lunges, when I put weight on the toe it gets aggravated

Hmm, ya if you can get an MRI (if it's that bad) it's worth it. When it happened to me I thought this is stupid, it's my toes! But I did the 1/2 marathon and then I was very much side-lined. Turned out to be bursitis, both sides! I thought that was something you got in your much later years? Mortons neuroma too and some tendinitis. Check soon...I was over training with the runs near the end. Not that this is your case but the feet are weird little suckers! Not 100% convinced full rest off the feet is necessary, however. Obviously I'm not a doc. Keep me posted!

It varies. Last Friday was my first cheat so I had a cheeseburger at the hooters hotel in Vegas with cake afterwards lol...this time I'll have a subway with Reese's for dessert. I don't go overboard, just get a little of what I miss during the week.

I just want fucking chocolate. Ugh

Might have subway cookies with my sandwich tomorrow lol AND Reese's. We will see. I can't eat a lot now since my meals are so small, I couldn't have Reese's last Friday, I could barely finish my piece of cake.

Chocolate is the main thing I miss. Besides that I'm good
 
I tried eating a sub for a cheat and couldn't finish it. Freaking sucks. I am hungry every couple hours but can only eat small portions before I feel full.

K has been fkn cheating like 3 days a week and is down 6 pounds WTF!

So a migraine kept me home yesterday...today is usually one of my off days, but I felt like murdering the gym. So I did two days in one...Tuesday and Thursday. Just gonna cruise through the week and use Saturday as my 'what's lagging? Let's kill the shit out of it' day.

Today's workout: Chest followed by Back
- Pec Deck- 4x25, 60lbs
- Incline Barbell- 3x10, 95lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15: Incline DB press 35lbs, Decline DB fly 25lbs, Hammer strength incline 70lbs
- Cable crossovers- 4x15, 40lbs

Workout #2: Back
- Seated pulley rows with Rope- 4x25, 75lbs
-Underhand barbell rows- 4x10, 80lbs
-GIANT SET, 3x15: Underhand pulldown 80lbs, Hammer strength Low row 50lbs, stiff arm pulldown, 30lbs
-Lat pulldowns- 4x15, 90lbs

Followed all this with some cardio on the treadmill. A nice kick-my-ass workout that was much needed. Been in a rut lately, my spark is back. Let's do dis!

Your killin the weights and you log your routine extremely well and rockin the cardio... Cant wait for some pics after the show.
 
I'm too lazy to go back and check, how many weeks til the show?
And as far as training goes, is your aim to go up in weight each or every couple workouts or are you pretty much just staying the same with weights?
 
A little over 9 weeks now

With upper body I go up in weight if I feel like it. With legs however I'm cautious because I don't want my knee to explode

In about a week I start my drugs courtesy of Venom...will be running some AIs, var, probably some T3...can't wait, it's like seeing your gifts before Christmas lol. Love me some Venom, can't wait to see the transformation once they're a part of it.

Been following for sometime now and I am impressed with ur commitment. Ur knowledgeable and give others solid advice. I may be out of line inquirying about ur current condition, but I am curious. Have u posted pics recently and if not, will u be? Hope u attain goals u set out for urself for the year.

Clothes are fitting differently seems like every day now. I wake up looking forward to how I look in the mirror. Definitely a perk of following a strict diet to a T, that's the main thing here

At this point in the game, I'm doing cardio 7 days a week. No more early class thank gosh so it won't be hell waking up to do fasted. Will be doing fasted cardio from here on out...I have a feeling coach is gonna prescribe two a days soon. We will see.

And.. I'M LOVING MY VENOM!!! Using Venom for all my contest prep needs...if you guys need goodies just PM me ;)
 
Hello everyone,

Psizzle, what's a good substitute for grapefruit. Though I love it I can no longer eat it due to a medication my doc prescribed? Im looking to change up my meal plans. Mainly clean lean meats and greens but I'm not sure where to fit in fruit. You're transformation is amazing.

I've read where oranges can be a decent substitute, but please don't quote me on that. I'd ask your physician.

Problems arise when mixing grapefruit and meds because chemicals in the fruit can interfere with the enzymes that break down (metabolize) the medication in your digestive system. As a result, the medication may stay in your body for too short or too long a time. A medication that's broken down too quickly won't have time to work. On the other hand, a medication that stays in the body too long can increase to potentially dangerous levels, causing serious side effects. This occurs because of specific 'ingredients' in the grapefruit itself...as far as substitutes without this ingredient, like I said, do not quote me, but oranges would be my guess (as far as similarity...maybe pineapple or other citrus fruits). Please ask your physician!
