6 weeks out update -
Been pretty rough at first dealing with no energy. Just been dragging myself through work and training while eating all my meals.
I have no mental drive or capacity to focus on anything other than training and my day job, so apologies for the inactivity.
Changes:
-upped clen to 40 and reduce some carbs slightly
Training has taken a hit with endurance but only a slight taper off in strength. But after 30 mins my pumps and energy are gone so have had to restructure what I need to prioritise hitting first.
Everything will be ramping up in terms of food and overall look so moving forward I think updated that I can best stick to while prepping will be visual updates and combined training/meal layout and or changes that occurs. Thank you again to
