I'm good for a while. Found my spark again this weekend...full throttle for the next 25 days, then onto my next prep phase :)
 
When we train together next leg day i'm going to eat some 3 musketeers in front of you.




And I won't offer you any!
 
Hahaha you three are EVIL!!!! how DARE you use my Reese's Eggs and 3 Musketeers against me. Not even fucking right lol
 
60 min fasted morning LISS cardio

Upper Body Workout B
- Dips on bench
^superset with one-arm tricep overhead DB extension, 20lbs
- Lat pull-downs, 80lbs
- DB bent-over Lateral, 15lbs
^superset with leaning one-arm lateral raises, 10lbs
- Reverse pec deck, 60lbs
- Tricep Cable Pressdown, 70lbs
- Cable Curl, 50lbs

The way I did reps each set:
Set 1: 15
Set 2: 20
Set 3: 25
Set 4*: 25 or to failure
*only if I felt it was needed

Diet:
Meal 1
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
6 asparagus spears

Meal 2 (Pre workout)
1 scoop protein
1/2oz pistachios

Meal 3 (post)
1 scoop protein
5oz cran-apple juice

Meal 4
1 scoop protein
50g liquid egg whites
8g olive oil

Meal 5
5oz chicken
6 asparagus spears

Meal 6
1 scoop protein
50g liquid egg whites

Water intake around 1.7 gallons
 
Today wasn't an off day according to my program, but according to ME, it was. My first time taking a day off that wasn't designated as an off day...but hey we all need those days sometimes

45 min fasted morning LISS cardio

Diet:
Meal 1
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
6 asparagus spears

Meal 2
1 scoop protein
50g liquid egg whites
8g olive oil

Meal 3
1 scoop protein
1/2oz pistachios

Meal 4
5oz chicken
6 asparagus spears

Meal 5
1 scoop protein
50g liquid egg whites
8g olive oil

60 min HIIT/LISS hybrid

Meal 6
1 scoop protein
50g liquid egg whites

Water intake around 1.8 gallons

Start boxing tomorrow...stoked! Did the intro class to MMA tonight, lots of grappling and floor work...sore in all kinds of new places lol mainly my shoulders and upper body. I love that 'holy crap my body isn't used to that' feeling. Tomorrow during the boxing class it's gonna be a full on workout...lots of jump rope, bag work, etc. So I'll be getting a nice workout from that. EXCITED!!!
