Post Competition Rebound Help

Even i was supprised someone would recommend Lasix.


That will flatten you out like nothing else.

Thank you all for all your responses! I have learned my lesson! No more lasix and hopefully next time I won't feel like the good year blimp after a competition. This was my first one, so live and learn!
 
Wow, I gotta add to this as well. Lasix is definately NOT what you should have take and is definatley the reason you are holding water. As has already been told to you - drink lots of water, watch your sodium intake and you will start leveling off. Be carefull who you listen to next time - Lasix is not the way to go.

avoid dairy,pizza cnd junk food tapper down u'r caridio and increase u'r caloric intake steadily but slowly

donot look at your body alot so that u dont end up frustrated and switch to junk

quit any fat burner,duretics and other precontest drugs
4 weeks and u'r metabolism ,homeostatic body functions and thyroid hormones level will get back to normal and u'll get shredded as hell
remember this is the most crucial part if u'r planning to keep a low bf% offseason
during those 4 weeks watch out u'r bf untill u'r back to normal
