possible to lose 8% bodyfat in 11 weeks?

added a little too much fat during my bulk, currently at 5'7, 190 around between 15-16% bodyfat, starting my cut following pct aiming for around 7-8%. also going to be running clen/t3 with 11-oxo, along with some L-carnintine and CLA, and taking an ec stack on off weeks of clen. planning on doing 2 separate 3 week cylces of t3

3/4 cup oats
1 cup egg whites
1tbsp pb
1/2 cup fiber one

2 scoops protein
1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup cc
1 scoop protein
1tbsp pb

4 eggs
1 piece bread

12oz chicken
vegetables

total:2110 calories, 240 protein, 58 fat, 135 carbs
 
Im pretty much eating along the same lines as you man. Ive been at it for 10 weeks and went from 18% to 9%. Im 20 years old, 6'1" and 163 pounds now. I was about 194 pounds at the start of the new year and a litte negligent at first so its probably only been about 7 weeks of strict diet. Im hoping to get under 6% by the middle of May. I eat just over 2000 cals a day for 3 days and then have a refeed day every 4th day. Its been working great but I find I lose alot of energy and power in my lifts by the time my 3rd day of low cal/low carb comes along. Im thinking about doing a refeed every 3rd day now.
 
How are you guys structuring your workouts? I find the same, my energy levels drop WAY down after 3 days or so.

Im trying to do AM cardio first thing but a couple mornings in and im dead when I wake up. Now Im shooting for AM cardio, afternoon lifting, PM basketball.
