Possible signs of overtraining....

Audio8 said:
Well I'm in week 5 of an EQ/Test/Dbol/Winny cycle...been getting crazy pumps in the arms, and hence, my arms have been killing me! After my chest/shoulder wrokout today, my front delts were in so much pain, i couldn't move them. You know that pain you feel when you do that last rep to failure? and it usually goes away in a couple seconds right? Well I felt that pain for about 10mins afterwards...am i overtraining if i get this pain?

in short, no
make sure that the pain is muscle soreness and not joint/tendon pain

If you think that you are overtraining the simple answer to cure it is get enough rest. To know if you are overtraining, you will experience fatigue, decreased strength gains and shit like that. Soreness after you work out is great. If you are worried about breaking the muscle down too much, just get more rest in between workouts. 6-7 days rest per body part is optimal.
