pork, black beans & white rice

i been bad today i woke up no appitite at all, made a protien shake and poured it over some cherios, snacked on some almonds a few hours later, made a pork loin sandwitch with weat bread few hours later....then few hours after that a protien shake n then a hour later some penut butter n honey then i went to the gym lifted heavy chest day (monday lol) then another protien shake and a hour later i finished it off with a pork loin black beans and white rice...and after this post im going to bed...my choices of food i dont think r to bad but the orfder sucks ass ima get fat as hell lol
 
oh i forgot to put in there i had scrambled egg sandwitch in the morning to right before i took the kids to school, then i fell back asleep...then woke up at noon and started those meals
 
Fatty!!!! lol

I love black beans and white rice. It goes straight to my love handles though lol
 
the only problem with that pictured meal is its missing a huge glass of milk and maybe it could us a little more pork. everythin else is good

Good stuff mate, glad you're not too uptight about your nutrition / training that you can't enjoy a good meal like that every now & then :)!

now and then to me is like 1 maybe 2 times a day lol

ima try n reverse my meals around in better order today.....man i really didnt have much appitite yesterday but after typing it all up n looking at it i sure did eat alot lol

maybe im not really a easy gainer maybe im just a pig haha
