i been bad today i woke up no appitite at all, made a protien shake and poured it over some cherios, snacked on some almonds a few hours later, made a pork loin sandwitch with weat bread few hours later....then few hours after that a protien shake n then a hour later some penut butter n honey then i went to the gym lifted heavy chest day (monday lol) then another protien shake and a hour later i finished it off with a pork loin black beans and white rice...and after this post im going to bed...my choices of food i dont think r to bad but the orfder sucks ass ima get fat as hell lol
