Just wanted to check and see if anyone else can pop their back with flexing?

Ive noticed this for a few years now- but what causes this? When I go into a double bicep pose, I can pop both elbows, my chest and half of my lower back. All at once.

What gives?

DOes this damage anything? Because I dont think I would be able to stop- it happens when I flex-

Does anyone else have this?

Same thing happens to me. As long is it isn't painful, it isn't a concern.

I do not believe there is any conclusive data that supports joint popping is bad necessarily. I think its more the force which is applied to pop that joint which will cause damage. And from the sounds of it you are not putting them under a lot of force.

when u say u can pop ur chest u mean ur sternum? Everybody thinks im weird becasue i can pop my sternum. it only happens like a couple time a month. I can feel when iit needs to pop and when it does it feels great. really strange

you might? get more replies i chat, its not a diet question, and its not really a training question so i'll stick it there i guess
