Please critique my "Push" workout for Tricep Gains

Yeah I'll most definitely be doing weighted dips. My concern is I don't want too many benches, certainly not three in a single workout (i.e. Flat, Incline, and CG), which is my rationale for doing CG INSTEAD of flat and ending with weighted dips.

As far as the Dips go, is there a video anyone can point me to with proper form for triceps on a parallel bar?

As far as weighted dips being affected by you other exercises, do them first and make them your main lift.
