I'm measuring with a bodyfat scale. Yeah, I know they are not accurate, but I am only concerned with the trend. I've been using the same scale since I started, allways under the same conditions, so I trust the trend to be accurate.
I'm looking into finally getting a good pair of callipers (earlier though, hell, the calliper would max out!!!).
I do think I am still over 20%, I have always had thick legs and even though love handles or pot belly are not really an issue for me, I tend to get "wide" as a whole, so far the fat is coming off in a even manner, so no weird deposits are being left behind...
