Start eating more Meat. Don't fill up on things that will take up a lot of space in your stomach .. ex. brocolli, veggies, fruit juices... instead drink a lot of no-lactose protein powders, beef, fish, chicken, rice. Bump your protein intake to about 350grams a day. Maintain that for 6 months. You should gain 20lbs of muscle.

I just mean bulking training and eating, no roids, I'm way too young and still got years of natural gains to get.
I'm still thinking about it, not completely sure. If anyone can, suggest some bulking foods for a vegetarian to eat?
 
Looking good considering your age. I don't mean anything bad by that. I'm just use to seeing huge guys.

You're only 16. Unless you wanna be a LB or something on the football team, stay where you are. Just stay natural and train and eat right. It'll pay off when you're banging all the girls in your school.

but you've got to be kidding me

a vegetarian will never be as big as a guy who eats meat...... yeah i know you can get your protein but its different...... ive seen plenty of guys backstage

at contest and you can tell the difference between guys who eat chicken and those that eat steak..... the steak eaters usually beat them hands down and look twice as hard

so i dont know how you would even compete with out any meat

the only probodybuilder ive ever heard of that was a vegetarian is Bill Pearl..... he won mr pro universe like for times in the 60's i belive....

no wonder your so lean....... what is your strenght like?
 
Hey I'm not working out to compete in shows, I'm just doing it cuz it makes me feel good. I wasn't always this lean though, I cut this summer.

My strength is ok for my age. 190 pound bench press, curl with 40's, lost count of how many plates I put on the leg press. Squats are up. Deadlifts are up. I've partnered with people my age that eat steak all the time anda lot of them have no chance at the weight I'm doing. Now I know guys who can do more than me too. That just makes me want it that much more.
 
Nothing wrong with being lean while you're still a teenager. It's going to be one of the leanest periods of your life: high test, fast metabolism. If you're chubby while you're a teen then you're probably going to get a lot fatter, however if youre slim as a teen eventually your metabalism will slow and you'll be able to maintain some mass.

My point: you look good bro, don't stress over the mass in time it will come. Oh, and don't listen to what fat people say.
