For ISSA, you pay like 500 bucks or so, and they send you a huge book, and a long VHS tape, I think its 6 hours, also they send you all the worksheets and a pre exam test, and the actual test, you must complete everything and mail it to them. Their website is http://www.fitnesseducation.com
