- Small serving of whole meal pasta with lemon juice

- 100gram tuna chunks in spring water
- half carrot cut into small peices
- Train
- Post workout shake (macro whey)
dinner
- Kangaroo steak, chicken breast or Beef (rotating daily)
- Brocolli
- portion of brown rice
Before bed
- ON Casein Protein shake
- 2 boiled Eggs
My training is Mon-Fri 1 hour 15 minutes sessions
Mon-Chest
Tues-Back
Wed-Shoulders
Thurs-Tricep's & Bicep's
Fri-Legs and abs
I have completed 3 cycles previously.
1.
wks 1-12 Test enanthate 500mg p/w
wks 14-18 PCT
Clomid first 2 weeks. First week 100mg. Second week 50mg
Nolva last 2 weeks. First week 40mg. Second week 20mg
Gains - 10kgs weight. Lots of increase in size.. Lost body fat (definatly happy and kept most gains)
Took 10 weeks off after PCT then hit

Gains - I didnt gain much weight (4-5kg?) but i shredded a whole lot of body fat and changed my whole physique.. Best cycle so far.
I only waited 8 weeks after PCT to go into my 3rd cycle which was a stupid idea.
I just come off my 3rd cycle which i went with the High Tren, Low Test. It was planned to be 12 weeks but i ended early at 8th week due to mental sides.
wks 1-7 tren e 600mg p/w
wks 1-7 test e 250mg p/w
wks 8 test e 1000mg p/w
I got fairly big on this course and looked vascular as hell.. dropped lots of body fat again and gained some good clean size. Appetite was highly surpressed and i was struggling to eat my diet which last course i was nearly doubling everything i ate.
Its now been 11 days since my last jab.

How should i run my PCT? and more importantly should i wait till everything is out of my system in 24 days because i ran 1000mg test e on the last week..?? Or start now?
I think due to my last course only having 8 weeks break after pct before i got back on. i still didnt fully recover from that.. I didnt get blood checked. Right now my libido has crashed.. Energy levels low.. Lethargic.. Cannot reach orgasm etc.. Literally feel like crap, Im going to take a 6 month break and get my shit together.
SO what is the best PCT i can run now to get my levels as close to normal range as possible..
I will take a blood test in 8-10 weeks from now
