Good Evening y'all!
My planned cycle would look something like this:
Weeks 1&6
20mg Var
15mg 677
12.5mg Enclo
Weeks 2-5
50mg Var
15mg 677
25mg Enclo
I would continue using Enclo alone 2 weeks post-cycle to help reduce comedown off of Var. Also intend to use Liver RX beginning 1 week before and 2 weeks after.
Intend to maintain ~750 cal surplus at 55:25:20 C:F and use this cycle to bulk. Since these substances should help recovery pretty substantially I'm planning on working out every single day, going off a PPLF-PPL routine. 5 Working sets per exercise, 3 exercises per main muscle group, 2 per secondary, with F being an auxillary-focused day with lots of iso holds and some cardio (Abs, Forearms, Adductors/Abductors, Traps, etc).
Have I missed anything important in terms of PCT? Should I make any additional dietary or routine changes? Before you go: "erm just add a few dozen more SARMs and inject 200ml Test E or ur gonna kill ur gains bro", read the spoiler above for why I'm not gonna do that.
I'll update this thread with any changes I make during the cycle or any feedback I implement.
I'm a 22 y/o male who has struggled with low appetite & weight consistently throughout my life due to a severe caloric deficit during puberty (thanks mom!). After about four years of consistent lifting & surplus I've come from 121lbs to 155lbs (I am 6'1 and still look like a twig, for context).
For me, clean weight is hard to put on and stay on and I am just unsatisfied with natty lifting. Watched a bunch of RP throughout college and did things smart, 55:25:20 Carbrotein:Fat diet, 500 calorie surplus, sports vitamin and fish oil, plenty of sleep, etc etc etc.
Something Dr. Mike recommended was a var/oral only 1st cycle. Asked around on other forums and I've seen most ppl generally regaed Var only is too weak to notice. Figured I might as well add in mk677 & enclo as I've read a good bit of literature surrounding them and they seem good.
Despite wanting to juice eventually, I am needle shy and I want to experience the world of AAS in a more controlled and easily abortable way for my first cycle at the very least. I don't want to get 6 pins in and notice my nipples swelling, or get extremely nauseous and lethargic day 1 of a pin and get stuck with the effects for two weeks, or get horrible acne, or hit a vein and pass out, or get stuck on TRT for the rest of my life after a single cycle, etc. etc. etc.
I know all of these side effects can still occur in orals, but I also know they only tend to manifest at extreme dosages or extremely long periods of use - and var specifically is likely the single safest AAS to have ever been made. For me, the choice is very clear. I just want to know what I can expect and how to further optimize this stack; as well as PCT measures I might have missed.
