Hey guys I'm currently trying to cut body fat from my stomach area while still trying to gain muscle. I was trying to do a carb cycling diet with a reefeed once a week but im not sure if my carbs are low enough through out the week. I'm 20 years old. Height is 6,2. Weight is about 180. I workout 5 times a week with cardio after my workouts about 3 times a week.
Meal 1:
1 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of whey
Meal 2:
1 scoop of whey
24 almonds
Meal 3:
7 oz chicken breast
2 pieces if Ezekiel bread
1 cup of broccoli
Meal 4:
2 cans of tuna
1/2 cup of brown rice.
1 hour before workout: quest bar and maybe an apple with a tbsp of ANPB.
Post workout: 2 scoops of whey, 5g of glutamine, 5g of creatine.
Meal 5:
6-8 oz of chicken, tilapia, salmon, or lean ground beef.
15 spears of asparagus.
Before bed: 1 scoop of casein, 1 tbsp of ANPB.
Comes out to around 2400/cals
Fat/carbs/protein: 53/193/317.
Macro percentage is 20/30/50.
I was under the impression that you subtract your dietary fiber from your carbs and this gives you net carbs which would be 135gcarbs.
Anyways I work landscaping so it's manual labor all day. Please tell me if there is anything I could improve. Thanks!
