I am new to the fourms and trying to help my girlfriend eat cleaner. Almost everyday she has "fluffernutters" for lunch. They consist of marshmellow fluff and peanut butter (not the natural kind) on 2 pieces of whole-grain bread (the higher fiber kind). That is all she has for lunch. I keep trying to tell her that it is not that healthy to eat that everyday because it is loaded with carbs and sugar and does not have that much protein.
What do you guys think of this choice for lunch? She does not like turkey breast and it picky about what she eats. I want to let her know what other people think of what she is eating. I know already that this is not a good choice but would like some other opinions.
Her main goal is to lose body fat. She is 5'6 130lbs and around 22-23% BF.
