bro, hit it hard and heavy for each muscle group. a lot of people say one muscle group each day. thats good advice. i like to do 2, however. what i do is ...
1st day - flat chest/back
2nd day - bis/tris
3rd day - shoulders/legs
4th day - decline and incline chest (i separate these from flat chest, because i find that it works the muscles better and i get results)
remember to do it hard. the harder, the better. dont over-do it though. always go until failure. eat hard. and get lots of sleep. you dont rest well, you dont get big. your body needs recovery time.
