Hey guys, I just competed in my first contest as a middleweight.. and needless too say I cleaned house ;)

My offseason stats looked like this-
-187lbs
-5'9
-11-12%
-23 years old
-2 years training

Diet was verrrryyy dirty but gained min fat with lots of muscle gains (20 kept lbs) with 2 (small) cycles, run like this-

1-10 Test E-500mg
1-10 EQ- 400mg
1-4 Dbol- 30mg ED
Adex
Clomid PCT

I want to move to light-heavyweight during this offseason (I competed at 176) which means i'll easily need to put on another 15+ solid lbs to compete at 197lbs.. I have pretty good genetics and my offseason diet is OK, not amazing, but it will be this year.

My proposed (offseason) cycle looks like this

1-10 Test E- 500mg
1-10 EQ- 400mg
1-6 Abombs- 100mg
1-4 Humilin-R 10iu 2xPer day for 20iu daily
8-12 Humilin-R 10iu 3xPer day for 30iu daily

whadda you guys think? i know its risky but, Im not in it for health... im in it too win and compete because I love to do it!!
