HST Training Squats- WU w bar 1x10 135x15 195x10 Seated Ham Curls- 90 2x10 Incline Bench- 135x10 195x10 Flat DB Bench- 75x10 WG Chins-1x10 Narrow Grip Chins-1x10 Seated Rows on Machine- WG-140 1x10 NG-140 1x10 Shrugs-225 1x15 Shoulder Press on Machine-120 1x10 DB Standing laterals-35 1x10 Seated Rear Delts DB-35 1x10 Standing Bicep Curls-35 1x10 Standing Hammers-35 1x10 Triangle Tricep Pushdowns-140 1x10 150 1x10 Seated Calve Raises-90 2x15 Abs Crunch Machine-100 (Stack) 2x15 20 min Cardio on Treadmill 4.0 Incline 3.0 Well...........That is all.
