ok...I sent you two pm's...one is a set of questions
one is approved foods until I figure out a better outline and get your schedule mapped out
I'd be surprised if you could overeat any of the foods I've listed but its happened so keep up with your fitday log

you should loose an insane amount of water weight which is instantly gratifying and will feel good to you
im going to go against the grain here and say weigh yourself daily initially and log that on your fitday account too...it will help you know what causes water retention or slows you down
but only do that if you can be rational about it..if watching your weight go up two lbs makes you nuts...don't weigh yourself because its going to fluctuate

I forgot to add psyllium seed husk fiber to that...you need to add that too because id be willing to bet you don't eat near enuff greens on this
you can get sugar free metamucil if you have no other options
also...your whey protein, do me favor..pm me the brand and let me see if its complete crap

Yes im very stressed. New baby. Had no job now I have 2. Dissapointed in my body and what
I let happen. I dont know. Just fucking stressed. To top it off my family is far away. Its rough! But im a trooper and I will get lean again and keep it.

Bro your gonna be a lean monster!!! We'll get u thru it. I know exactly what u mean i was on the same boat had a kid stressed....... Went from 212 to 250! Then i started working my ass off again and got back so u can dooooooooooo it.
 
Shirlene, could you please pm me something similar? I'm really trying to get lean also, and everything I try is also not working.
I'm 21 been fat almost all my life, I'm roughly 18% body fat at the moment
92kgs and 180cms.
Last year I was 115kgs and have since lost 23 kilos, which was a battle but I got there.

I think I have hit a plateau, I havnt gone up or down on the scales and have not seen any visible changes in the past 2months.

I train 6days a week, I do a 3day split, and do fasted AM cardio and abs on my off days.
Monday is back/legs
Wednesday is chest/tris
Friday is shoulders and bi's
While training I really do push myself to new limits and sweat my ass off, anyway I appreciate any feedback anybody can give me, thanks in advance :)

Ok I would like to know since im dieting can I use ghrp-2 and.not look like a whale? It makes me so goddamn strong!

Guns i was passin by again. Im not sure what u use to log urself but if u have a smartphone theres an app called myfitnesspal and its easy to use and keeps my diet in check. for example I started diggin deeper into nutrient details and I've discovered that I get maybe 5% of the potassium I should be taking in which explains some issues I've had. And all from a free app. its huuuge in helping me keep my calorie deficit monitored so I don't jack my glycogen stores. I could go on and on. And theres similar ones out there but whats important is that u track urself.

Thanks. Yes ive used that also. I like fatsecret better so thats what im using now.
