so adding some steamed brocoli (sp?) to my usually simple dinner of egg whites, natty pb and flax is ok?...also even though im cutting i always have a small meal 10-15mins before i go to bed, what kind of meal should this be, i usually just have 150-200 cals, mostly protien to keep some food in me over the night. this ok? or should i eat something else/forget the whole idea? thanks
