Ok, I am a newbie. I know that you need Lots of protien to build muscle. and Carbs for energy. but i focus on protien. I have a VERY high metabolism as i only turn 20 in 3 days. Can anyone give me the Basics on how to eat and what I need to stay away from, etc. Keep in mind, I started out very skinny and have put on 30 lbs in three months by eating alot of meats, tuna, protien shakes, water and creatine. But I read alot about complex carbs, fat, trans fat, sodium, etc. I really dont think I need to worry about fat right now as I have very little and am only worried about gaining weight right now. Can someone share their knowledge please???
