Alright yesterday's workout was tough. Not weight-wise but I literally didn't sleep Tuesday nite so it showed in my workout. It was a struggle. Got sleep last nite though and feel better.
Anyone know some good natural sleep alternatives? I know about melatonin..is it supposed to work? Think my sleep will get back on track once I get in a routine in my clinicals and move. Too much on the spud at the moment.
