New to liquid clen-help plz!

First off, hello everybody and thanks in advance for your help!!! my rat is 5ft 4 135 pound female. Very tone arms and abs, BUT legs need work!!! Its debating a figure competition in the summer that alot of my friends at th gym are pushing her to enter... So, I purchased liquid clen 200mcg/ml and a 3cc syringe. I want to cut her body fat down and see what exactly the results can be from using this. I've done alot of reading and see I need to take taurine as well? Then benadryl after the cycle? So, I'm really trying to get a correct dosage for each day and then what to do about taurine? Any specific diet to use to cut the legs fat percentage down? Any and all help is appreciated!!!! :qt:

And also, does it matter if it is taken with food?

your rats don't necessarily need taurine.. there are pumps that they could get, like cramps. taurine will help with that but clen comes with a host of sides that are unavoidable.

you will want to taper up the dosage.. start with 20mcg, then taper up every 2-3 days raising your dosage.. at your rats weight and it being a female i wouldn't go higher than 60 or 70mcg.. but its all about how high a dose it can handle, if the dose is too high then drop back down. you keep at that level for your desired time frame 2 weeks for example (don't go too long).. then you taper back down.

i would take it with food. there is no diet that will help their leg fat, you have to drop their overall fat.. females tend to keep fat in the thighs last so if the overall body fat is dropped that will go. keep the cardio and keep the diet clean.. no bad fats, sugars, dairy, bakery foods.. give your rat tons of veggies, the more veggies the better
 
There are serious dangers in taking clen. I think diet and low intensity cardio smoke drugs that can kill you. Read RADAR's thread about losing fat and building muscle. I also wanna see some pics. You may not need clen or anything like it. I love NTBM's Shred Stack.
 
I've taken Clen all of two times (as in, two days) and while the workouts were insane, the sh*t leaves you feeling drained and you can't sleep (when you do finally fall asleep its restless, poor quality sleep), you feel like some crack-head, jittery and anxious. I stopped after two days because I could see the stuff was going to damage my quality of life, as well as possibly damage my heart. Not cool.

If you want something to trim up faster, increase endurance and muscle tone, why not look into GW-501516 from Uniquemic@ls? I have heard from those that used it it is side-effect free for females. I'm about to pick some up for my sister to try out. Look into it.

I would stay away from Clen, the dangers are not worth the risk. You only have one heart, babe.
