after my revised routine, I switched over to atf squats instead of going parallel. today I did 3 sets of 225 for 4 reps. I knew I could have done more, but I had done a good number of sets already and was satisfied with that. I was squatting 315 parallel about 9 months ago...
when I normally squatted, I squat in the power rack in front of a mirror. recently I have been looking straight up and ignoring the mirror and concentrating on my form by feel. also, I have been holding my breath in and keeping my torso tight on the way up and exhaling at the top.
with that said, I do have to thank B Fold for posting his sunday workouts, as I have picked the little things that he has posted to help me out.
